Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Follow the company's policy to develop the market.
• Experience required in: Sales & Marketing; Website, Software & IT related support & sales; SMM service sales; Advertising & Communication.
• Develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, networking, calls, emails, mailings, forums and social networking.
• Identify and close specific sales opportunities within target companies.
• Routine follow up with prospective clients.
• Identify potential leads independently through networking, cold-calling and/or relevant sources.
• Marketing & promotional activity of the company.
• Prepare marketing and business plans, presentations, and sales targets.
• Young, highly proactive, energetic and self-motivated.
• Always active on mobile phone and online; available as needed by the company.
• Very good computer skills with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Very good internet browsing skills; proficient in Google Meet, Zoom, TeamViewer.
• Good convincing skills, able to interact with management; good communication skills.

Educational Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• BBA in Marketing preferred.
• Skills required: Sales & Marketing, Website/Software/IT support & service sales experience, Advertising & Communication.

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 2 year(s) in Sales & Marketing, Website/Software/IT support & service sales, Advertising & Communication.

Additional Requirements

• Age 24 to 30 years.
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Should have a good command of English.

Compensation & Other Benefits

• T/A, mobile bill (only for permanent employees).
• Lunch facilities: partially subsidized (only for permanent employees).
• Sales incentive / commission (probationary period & permanent employment).
• Salary review: yearly (depending on sales performance).
• Festival bonus: 2 gross salary (after ending probation period, or depending on experience).
• Other benefits: as per company policy.

Miscellaneous Terms & General Information

• The probationary period of three to six (03 to 06) months, upon successful conclusion, leads to permanent employment.
• After probation, facilities increase permanently based on performance.
• Sales commission is paid according to the amount after fulfilling monthly targets.
• Must stay in the company for at least 2.5 years.
• A recent photograph must be enclosed with the resume.
